Cancellation policy

Plans change — we understand. Request a cancellation on the Manage booking page or by calling/WhatsApping us.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup: no charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may lose any advance paid.

• Wedding bookings: advances are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, as the car is held exclusively for you.
