These terms apply to every rental with RideOnTours. Please review them with your own advisor — this is a starting draft for the owner to edit.
Renter requirements
Self-drive renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
An original CNIC is required at pickup.
A refundable security deposit is taken for self-drive rentals.
Rates and payment
Rates are fixed per day, counted in 24-hour blocks from pickup.
Payment is made at pickup unless an advance was agreed.
Fuel is not included; return the car with the same fuel level.
Use of the vehicle
Cars may not be sub-let or used for racing, towing or any unlawful purpose.
Traffic fines and challans during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
